Worst expierence ever. I paid over 1500 dollars for a couch and coffee table. I purchased the items on 5/9/13 and they set up a delievery day for 5/25/13 when i moved into my apartment. Well that day came and they never called me or anything. I called them that monday and asked them, they claimed they changed management so it never got ordered. According to them they put it on rush delievery and they would call me when it came in. Another three weeks went by and still nothing so I went there in person. I talked to another manager and he pulled up the item and said that it was delievered to a person who only ordered it three days ago. So here I am month and a half in they refuse to give me money back and I still have no product. So I end up having to call the main owner who is at a different store and he orders it for me. Another four weeks go by and finally it is my delievery day. I get the couch and coffee table in. The couch is damaged with holes in and the coffee table is missing a leg. I called them and was furious they said that they are going to send someone with the other leg for the table and to fix the couch. It is now 7/19/13 and they still have not done it. I tried to find the manager again but he is ""no longer employeed"" at the company, and they still refuse to give me my money back. Worst expierence ever do not shop with these people. more

I ordered and paid for a dining table on 5/4/13, I was told that it would be delivered on 5/21/13. on 5/21/13 after the table was not delivered on the promised delivery date, I called and was told they would call me back. they never called back. I had to call back again and was told that it would be another 3 weeks before they would have the table. I waited another 3 weeks and again the table did not show up on the delivery date that they promised. I called and again and they told me they would call me back but, they never called back again. After I called them back they told me it would be delivered within a couple of days. After a couple of days no delivery again. I called them once again because they don't bother to call their customers ever and explain what has happened, but they told me they would have to call me back. They never called back again so I had to call back again to find out why I still haven't received my table but they wouldn't answer the phone. In fact I called probably 7 times until they closed but no one answered the phone, probably because they were trying to thing of the next lie to tell me. I called the next day and they told me that they couldn't get the table and there are no refunds. They said I had to pick something else from them but I couldn't get my money back. after I searched their site I settled for something else. It is now 6/21/13 which is one month after the table was supposed to be delivered and nearly 2 months after I have purchased it but I finally received a call that the delivery will be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Well at 5:00 there was no table or no call to explain what is going on so once again I had to call them. they said they were running late and they might be there at 7:00. well after wasting my entire day since 1:00 the table showed up at 8:15 at night. Read reviews on these people before you get screwed like many people have, Google red tag mattress reviews. They claim they have changed management but it is the new management that is horrible so don't be fooled more

I had a wonderful experience. I ordered online. The Salesperson was open with me and told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get what I wanted and the customer service department called me the moment it came in. I saved 1000s of dollars and it was delivered to my front door. I love this shopping on the internet thing. more

I have always had back problems. I have never been able to find a mattress that would hold up very long. My husband weighs about 250 pounds and my mattress is three years old and I do not evern have a body impression in it. A lot of my friends have purchased them at my urging and ALL of them are very satisfied also. Unless you want to pay hundreds more for a name, Golden is what you should purchase. The couches and headboard are PERFECT! I saw on the website where you have customer testimonials but I don't see where I add one. I would like to put one on there. I've had a very pleasent experience RedTag and intend to keep all my furniture purchases and business there. I've told many people about the great customer service and deals I've got there. I don't know what kind of marketing y'all do or what you're budgeted for but from experience including a flyer in move-in packets at apt complexes has proven to be very effective in bringing in traffic and customers. I used to include them in mine when I was managing multi-family properties. Just a thought.. Single Mom more

I was searching for months to buy a metal used bunkbed but the prices were all in the $100 -$300 Thanks GOD I found RedTag and for a great price I was able to buy a new bunkbed for my kids room. Everything was done over the phone and the services was awesome! Thanks to Jennie, CHris and Kurt for the wonderful experience and your great service. My kids are so happy with the new bed!!! You will have me as a customer forever!! more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a sofa and put $100 down. Was to arrive in one to two weeks. Three weeks later, nobody in company could tell me where my furniture was, salesman complained about receiving 20 such complaints that day and warehouse manager decided he would quit accepting calls. Then they called to collect the balance due, when pressed to see if the furniture was in, they said no, not yet and no idea when it would arrive. When the furniture arrived, it was damaged, needless to say, I bought elsewhere. Curt refuses to refund the $100, I guess, he won't return my calls. I hope you enjoy the $100 Curt, you will never get another penny of mine! more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER THE SALE!!! Curt was great until the sale was complete, then everything went downhill. Delivery was rescheduled 3x, and only got a time for delivery after calling. They delivered the floor model after I paid full price for a new bunk bed and delivered the wrong mattress - much inferior to what I paid for, and, to top it off, when they delivered the bed it had someone else's invoice on it. Interestingly, they bought the bed a week after me and paid $120 less!!! Went back in to pick up items that weren't delivered and to have other items corrected. They pointed out that ""floor model"" was typed on their invoice. I pointed out that it wasn't on my copy - had been added after discovering they didn't have any in stock. Replace bed with a new one and correct mattress the next day - at 10pm (delivery time was 6pm-9pm). Two days later the slats supporting the mattresses broke - with only my 2 y/o and 6 y/o being on them - total of 75 lbs. Will not be going back...poor quality furniture, bad service after the sale, and playing bait-and-switch. BUYER BEWARE!!! more

Dont expect your furniture any time soon!! I first purchased a bedroom set decent price, but when it arrive it was the wrong bed. Was told i would be able to set up a time for the new one to be dropped off. Well after several call and several promises to be called back.. well i still have the wrong bed. Not that big a deal cause it was still a nice bed. Few weeks later we went back for a sofa set. that was on Feb 28th Was told it was on back order (no worries) date for deliver was march 17th... well its the 24th still no couches! and i NEVER get a call letting me know of the delays! customer service POOR and will never shop here again! more
