We had a terrible leak today in our basement. I called Roto Rooter and they gave me a time estimate of 4-7. They called me back at 2:30 (about an hour after I called to schedule) and were able to come out and fix the issue earlier than originally quoted. I couldn't be happier as I was sitting without water for a few hours already. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgable, he worked quickly and got us up and running in no time. I like that they don't have any extra charges for calls on weekends as well.
