After being a customer for a few years and spending a lot of $$$$. I just bought 2 lipo batteries, top of the line charger, new truck body & 1 connector for my son . When I returned the next day to exchange the connector. Somehow it was not on the receipt, and if you shop there you know they escort all parts to the counter for you. The sales person grabbed the connector and basically called me a thief. Not quite the customer service you would expect after being a loyal customer. They are willing to lose a good customer over a 3.99 connector. How simple it could have been just to admit they made a mistake and exchange a 3.99 part. LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD.
