I took my girlfriend here from Manhatten. I grew up in the area and after dinner with the family, she really needed a place to unwind. Thanks to Helmers' I might get her to come back. Plus, who doesn't love a good authentic German beer? I love the craft beer scene, but they still bow to the King of Beers--Germany, of course. Great appetizers, too!
