A friend referred me to the fresh diet and after not being able to lose weight due to an injury, I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't have very high hopes because I don't lose weight easily at all. I lost 10 lbs in less than two months, which is unheard of for me. The best part is the food is really good, the desserts are to die for and most importantly it's really helped me learn more about portion control. I would stay on this diet for life because it doesn't feel like a diet. Oh and I love not going to the grocery store.
