This is by far the best diet i have ever been on and I have been on many. you get 3 meals plus a snack and dessert. The food is always fresh and never frozen. you can have cheesecake every day if you want. and it doesn't taste diet at all. If you are a foodie you will love this. Soup with goat cheese, great wraps, lobster ravioli snack, chocolate covered figs etc. You do need to work out 3 times a week, but nothing crazy. at least walking. but that is recommended for all diets. My husband is on it too and he also loves it. Its worth the money.
