I have only good things to say about the fresh diet, it is amazing! I have really been struggling with my weight the last few years and I've tried all different diets and none of them worked for me.The fresh diet has really good food, and it's not frozen! Their customer service has also been excellent. I left them specific instructions on how to leave the cooler because I live in an apartment, and they follow it every time. They are very helpful when I call them and that is very important to me.I am a very busy person I love that I don't have to worry about calorie counting or cooking, they take care of it for you. I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks. I've learned a lot from the fresh diet too -what foods are healthy and what appropriate portions to eat. I wish I could post a before and after photo!
