The program is amazing-- you cannot help but lose weight and feel great if you stick to the 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I moved into an apartment with a mini kitchen that I hate cooking in-- so I was ordering out a lot-- and I quickly packed on about 8 pounds. I lost it all in 21/2 weeks with Fresh Diet. (I am also working out for an hour 3 days a week) The food is delish-- and I look forward to my delivery each morning. If you know you have a day in which you have to go out to eat-- you can just put the delivery on hold. The only downside.. it is pricey. The food and the service are worth the price they charge-- I just don't have enough in my food budget to really make it work long-term. But if you do-- sign up- I found that it makes life soooo much easier!
