I have moved may times but I have never experienced the nightmare that On-time Movers gave me. I had an estimate and my cost was on the top end....even though I had to pay neighbors and had sold a lot of the stuff that were suppose to be packed and moved. After several insults from a packer.mover he left the job!!! Subsequently, I got 4 neighbors plus my elderly father and myself with a bad back to do most of the packing. This really put my cost over the top and caused me to miss work/money due to damaging my back more. I have called to complain and get some some resolution, but as promised I never heard back from anyone. They shoved me under the carpet. All they did was say sorry! Well, sorry did not fix my time,expense, humiliation, anger or anxiety. I have never physically worked as hard on my moving day for work that I was paying for! Of course I paid them for the bill I received thinking I would receive JUSTICE after...now 3 weeks later and several calls I am still waiting for them to step up to the plate. It is not just about money...it is the principle of it all!!!
