On Time Moving & Storage

Cant say enough good things about this company. These guys are pros. I would defenately use them again and again more

I have moved may times but I have never experienced the nightmare that On-time Movers gave me. I had an estimate and my cost was on the top end....even though I had to pay neighbors and had sold a lot of the stuff that were suppose to be packed and moved. After several insults from a packer.mover he left the job!!! Subsequently, I got 4 neighbors plus my elderly father and myself with a bad back to do most of the packing. This really put my cost over the top and caused me to miss work/money due to damaging my back more. I have called to complain and get some some resolution, but as promised I never heard back from anyone. They shoved me under the carpet. All they did was say sorry! Well, sorry did not fix my time,expense, humiliation, anger or anxiety. I have never physically worked as hard on my moving day for work that I was paying for! Of course I paid them for the bill I received thinking I would receive JUSTICE after...now 3 weeks later and several calls I am still waiting for them to step up to the plate. It is not just about money...it is the principle of it all!!! more

They did exactly what they said they would. They said they were the best, They were. These guys hustled, no playing around just workin. i always went for the low rates in the past then the estimator explained that its not how much an hour its how fast and efficient the guys are. He was right they were more an hour but moved so much faster. They were actually way better and a little cheaper than the last movers (chase moving) Thanks guys I tell everyone about you Pros: Great guys Cons: Zero more

They were pros from start to finish. They didnt have pushy salesmen like the others guys they just explain what they do and how they do it. I refered them a week later and they brought me a giftcard to outback.THANKS GUYS YOU REALLY ARE THE BEST. Pros: Very Good more
