We stopped there since we were driving by and needed help and had a Good Sam card. Our RV converter wasn't working. We told the service people the problem and they said it would be $120 for diagnosis. Pretty steep for about 15 minutes to tell me what I told them, basically. Then the shock; it would be $561 total to replace a $200 part. The total time spent on my RV was less than 1 hour (after deducting the half hour waiting for the desk person to return from lunch so Ed could put in the converter). I figure that's over $300 per hour. Pretty good work if you can get it! No discount for the Good Sam Club. (They claim that they aren't part of the Camper World part of the business). The people were professional, but, not overly friendly. Ed seems to be a pretty good mechanic, though.
