Happy, happy, happy! I am not an easy sell, these guys really are tops! From Frank in sales to Jim, Mariella, delivery, finance, service; everyone could not have been more honest and friendly and PATIENT to and with me! I could tell they felt like a family and treated me the same. I was steered away from possible problems and found a camper in my budget. They took my Dodge Magnum as trade and gave me a fair price. We stopped there since we were driving by and needed help and had a Good Sam card. Our RV converter wasn't working. We told the service people the problem and they said it would be $120 for diagnosis. Pretty steep for about 15 minutes to tell me what I told them, basically. Then the shock; it would be $561 total to replace a $200 part. The total time spent on my RV was less than 1 hour (after deducting the half hour waiting for the desk person to return from lunch so Ed could put in the converter). I figure that's over $300 per hour. Pretty good work if you can get it! No discount for the Good Sam Club. (They claim that they aren't part of the Camper World part of the business). The people were professional, but, not overly friendly. Ed seems to be a pretty good mechanic, though. more

BE CAREFUL. Very disappointed in the delivery process. Had 6 issues with trailer that salesman Kris Kruger assured me would get fixed prior to taking full delivery. To date, only 3 of the issues have been resolved and these were the ones of least concern. Each of the major issues still exist. After repeated attempts to work through the sales and service department, was just told that ""management said they weren't going to fix"". Get everything in writing and have multiple approvals/signatures before doing business with this company.\r more
