Sorry to say - this is a must avoid - all over the drivers inability to find my address (even though previous drivers with Lotus & other Eat24 restaurants had no problem) after 2 hours they canceled the order saying they had a wrong address and my phone was disconnected. I understand problems happen, but to lie about disconnected phones & bad addresses is wrong! To add insult to an empty stomach her last words to me were, "I don't need this we are too busy..."
My question. How long will you stay busy with service like this?
