My friend and I have never been treated so poorly. My friend's meal came with a burrito that only had chicken in it. She asked for some lettuce, cheese, and sour cream to go with it. The server never mentioned that there would be an additional cost. Once we received our bill there was a charge of $4.50 that was not disclosed when I asked for the items. Our receipt was not itemized and only had amounts. When we asked the server she advised us that it was for the additional items requested. We advised her that she never told us that and she basically shrugged her shoulders and got the manager. When Efrain (the manager) came to our table, we explained the situation. He told us "" we do not tell people the cost because they may get offended"" I told him that we were offended that she did not tell us and that was very unfair. The cost of the additional items was more than half of her meal. He told us that nothing could be done. We told him that we would never come back and he smiled at us and said "" I don't really care...It doesn't matter"" I told him that would be her tip and he said that was fine. We were both in shock about the way ""the manager"" was handling this. He took our payments and came back. My friend asked for a copy of her reciept and the name of another manager, Efrain looked at us and said "" Why do you need that? You don't need that"" Not only this but it seemed like every server was staring at us while we were trying to leave. It was very uncomfortable and rude. My friend called the next day to reach someone over Efrain and found out the owner Frank is Efrain's father. The person who answered the phone said that Frank was not there and wouldn't want to talk to her anyways. We called again today and a server named Jerry said that Frank wasn't there and again....he wouldn't want to talk with us. After being rude and hanging up on me, I called back and since he said he had caller id, he didn't pick up until I called from a different number. Still there was no solution. They do not care and they do not let you talk to anyone. If I didn't have to check a star, I would give this restaurant NONE. They should not be allowed to treat their customers like that. \r The food was not even that great! Absolutely no reason for this expereience. more
