I've used Superior Security and Sound for years, moved, and came BACK to them again. They have NEVER raised my rates and have NEVER made me sign a contract. The fine print you probably need to read is from Ryland and not this company. Many home developers will sell a security system as part of their package, and though there may be a security company listed, make sure of who you're dealing with. In the previous review, their comments to not match the Superior Security and Sound company that I have used at all! There are definite advantages to NOT going with some of the big companies sometimes. Give the little guys a chance!
