STI Moving was very responsive to requests for quoting, they walked me through the process and what to expect, and I felt comfortable with how they were communicating. I also had a referral from a friend, so things started off well. The day of the move happened to be a snowstorm. Moving out of my apartment was efficient and easy... and so was the move back in to the condo. Unfortunately for the movers, they had to endure endless snow, a long walk (up stairs, across snowy mud) to the entryway to the condo. They were visibly irritated, but they didn't complain. They did an outstanding job in extremely difficult circumstances. Throughout they walked me through what was going to happen / what to expect... and they made sure ground covers were down everywhere to ensure no damage. In the end, only one bulb broke. Which is surprising given that it was in a glass lamp, which stayed intact. Altogether, couldn't recommend these guys more!
