Although I dreaded the thought of moving, the service that you guys provided made it a breeze. They were great. They were courteous, fast and efficient. The little touches were noted as well... like the "sticky mat" at the front door, the "red carpet" to protect the floor and plenty of padding and boxes. The guys at sti movers were very easy to deal with and super professional in our interactions. The move happened fairly smoothly and they were able to navigate some pretty tight spaces with their truck - impressive! I felt that for the price paid, they could have spent a bit more time wrapping and protecting delicate items (I found out later that one of my speakers was damaged) but overall we were quite satisfied with the service. more

most polite moving staf 1/6/2013

Sti movers was highly recommended by my friends, and I can see why. The men came early, came with all of the things they needed to get the job done, and worked so efficiently. STI has the friendliest and most polite moving staff. They even helped put things back together, and fixed some areas on the wood floor that were damaged by the previous home owner. Would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the near future. There is nothing they could have done better! more

Very impressed 1/2/2013

Very impressed with their customer service. I has asked my friends and family members in the past to help me moving. Plenty of broken and damaged items... Couldn't blame them as everybody was sparing their busy schedule to help me. I was quite stressed from the past negative experiences and I had a lot of stuff to protect. Overall everything went seamlessly fine. Very happy with the result, would definitely used them again more

I was very satisfied with the service that Bret and his co-workers gave. They came on time and they moved fast and efficiently. They were very courteous. Nothing was broken. They wrapped my fragile furniture with a saran wrap like wrap so everything did not move. I was very impressed. I found they were quite reasonably priced. more

Absolutely the best 12/29/2012

In the last 10 months I have moved three times and have used STI movers for all three moves. They were always on time handled the goods skillfully, with no damages, did a lot of work with little talking, except things relating to the work. The fees were reasonable as compared to other movers I had made inquiries about. Would I use them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them? I already have! more

Jay and his crew were amazing! I had a large 1 bedroom move into a house. They arrived on time, worked extremely efficiently, didn't break anything and were very careful in my new home! Highly recommend Max and his company for your move. They showed up on time, moved our furniture with care and consideration as if it was their own, Executed the entire move in less time than was anticipated. Made sure when they arrive to our new home that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it! The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny! more

Very accommodating 11/5/2012

Great work on a very small move within the city from condo to condo. Steve was timely and worked around personnel issues to make sure everyone was there on time and ready to go. Very accommodating and he clearly knew what he was doing (not to mention he was a wiz at moving that truck of his despite the tight confines). I not only would use him again, I will use him again in a few weeks to move some other stuff. more

Truly worth every penny 10/28/2012

I was truly amazed at Bret, who's company STI movers did our condo move. During the one big snowstorm so far in downtown , Bret showed up early, and from the get-go moved with incredible speed, all while making intelligent decisions for the best and most efficient wrapping/packing. He took care of our furniture, new wood floors etc, as if they were his own. With pressure from broken elevators and limited elevator time, both he and his helper were meticulous in carrying and packing our stuff in the truck... I am truly amazed and would HIGHLY recommend Bret and his crew to anyone. It helped remove much of the anxiety from the day. Truly worth every penny. Thanks Bret! more

excellent job 10/27/2012

They did an excellent job. Not a single item was damaged in any way, not even a scratch. My wife and I did not do a great job packing and getting ready but Max acomodated without a problem. They were fast, and I mean FAST. There was not slacking or walking. It was running to get the next item to put it in the truck. Awesome. more

definitely recommend and use them again 10/20/2012

We have moved a few times over the past 3 years and had items at both my parent's house and my in-laws which are 40 minutes apart. STI movers accomodated our move on a holiday weekend, grabbing our stuff from both locations all at a fair price and they didn't slack to gobble up time (and money). Previously, we had movers that were either built but didn't know what they were doing or they did know what they were doing but scrawny. Once I saw that these movers truly knew what they were doing and both movers were built, I was able to relax. I would definitely recommend and use them again. more

no stress 10/6/2012

We called STI to see how we would go about a new move. As you can imagine move can be stressful. We had to make sure that the driver of the truck called us so that we could arrange to have our agent meet them. The entire staff at STI, their head office and the driver were really great, keeping us informed the entire time. I would use STI again anytime for any move that I might have more

The crew was very friendly, took into account my input on how things should go, no issues whatsoever about damaging either house when moving out or in. It was very helpful for STI to allow me to borrow some runners a day in advance in order to protect our floor when appliances were delivered.We would recommend STI Moving and Storage more

I have used Sti movers on two occasions and have booked them for a third. They are fast, careful and curtious. They are the only movers i've ever used who haven't either damaged my walls or my things. They came highly recommended to us by two different friends who had used them. In one case I know that they were waiting for an elevator that had been booked in an apartment building by a couple who's movers hadn't bothered to show up on time. STI movers went and moved that couple out of their apartment so that my friend could move! All well within their time minimum. What great people! I can't say enough good things about them! more
