Failure to keep multiple appointments. I have been dealing with this dishonest company for over five years. They resurfaced my pool and deck. The pool was completed satisfactory but not they deck. They have repaired the deck three times during the warranty period without telling me that my concrete has something wrong with it. After the warranty period they told me they would not repair the deck they told me that they period my home was built there was bad concrete and should have been treated prior to the resurfacing. The sales person never mentioned it and they knew what year my house was built. The owner of the company refuses to fix the problem. Now my patio has the surface coming up and chipping away. A waste of $5,000.
