Horrible Customer service, literally stopped hearing from them once the permit was issued. This was after several ball drops on their end, I was told after the permit was issued that a crew would be over within a week to sketch the design for the dig. I never heard from them again!!! and I was tired of following up with them, complete waste of time. Deal with them at your own peril more

Horrible customer service! First, they didn't clean up the mess they created when resurfacing my pool. It took multiple calls to have the clean-up finished. Second, they didn't return phone calls when there were questions about the invoice. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would advise anyone to look for another company if you need pool repair. more

We Fix Ugly Pools is awesome and our new go to company for anything we need fixed on our pool! Weâ??ve been using a different company for years because they were close. Our pool became cloudy two months ago. They came out several times, refused to look at our filter and advised us to dump a bunch of chemicals in our pool, which only made matters worse. We finally contacted We Fix Ugly Pools. They came out the very next day, opened up our filter, discovered the problem, and fixed it right away. Within just a couple of hours, our pool was back to being crystal clear! They were quick, their work is quality, and their prices are very reasonable. THANK YOU WE FIX UGLY POOLS! more

After multiple no shows by service staff, including today, the delayed and avoided me until after the warranty period as well as the complaint timeframe by the registror of contractors. Now the $5,000 I paid for my deck has been chipping and they refuse to repair it. more

Failure to keep multiple appointments. I have been dealing with this dishonest company for over five years. They resurfaced my pool and deck. The pool was completed satisfactory but not they deck. They have repaired the deck three times during the warranty period without telling me that my concrete has something wrong with it. After the warranty period they told me they would not repair the deck they told me that they period my home was built there was bad concrete and should have been treated prior to the resurfacing. The sales person never mentioned it and they knew what year my house was built. The owner of the company refuses to fix the problem. Now my patio has the surface coming up and chipping away. A waste of $5,000. more

We Fix Ugly Pools - Great Guys, Good People. Quality Service! I cannot compliment the service that they give and the timeliness of the service enough. Not the cheapest guys on the block, but I don;t think that is what they are going for. I enjoyed the renovation and spending almost $25,000.00, this was not a purchase we took lightly. They have been taking care of my pool for over a year now and are great! They are affordable, on time, reliable, polite and friendly when they are at the house, and most importantly to me... they know what they are doing and fix the problem right... the first time!!! Worst experience we have ever had. This company has avoided phone calls after their repairman broke a part. They had a specific list of three problems that needed to be fixed. It has taken three service calls and still no resolution. Their method is avoidance and they are not customer friendly. more

We have built new homes and 2 new pools, with 1 renovation during our ownerships. We are self-proclaimed picky people, though there is probably no one that knows us will disagree. Our last experience with a new pool from Shaftya (Shasta Pools) and a poor remodel from CDC left us feeling more than skeptical about pool builders. Having said this, we were totally ""wowed"" and impressed by We Fix Ugly Pools. Sam had fresh, fun and new ideas for us that helped make our dream backyard oasis a reality. We were tired of seeing the same old ""cookie cutter pools"" and being told to ""pick your design"" from a book of templates. This is definitely not the way We Fix Ugly Pools works. We told Sam what we envisioned for our backyard and he went to work with all types of creative design ideas including us throughout the entire process. Not only was the design exactly what we wanted, but the professionalism and timeliness were impeccable. Every promise he made was kept. They use mostly in house crews but all the crews, even the rare subcontractors were polite, professional and did a marvelous job cleaning up at the end of each day of working. Especially given that our pool had quite a bit to it, we were impressed at We Fix Ugly Pools ability to build quickly without sacrificing quality. We are so happy with our new pool and would definitely recommend We Fix Ugly Pools for a gorgeous pool and great experience! We have a great pool and were more than satisfied with the price. We wish we would have hired them for our renovation a few years back too. more

Great People, Great Service I was moving into a new home and needed to have the pool & spa checked out to see if I was going to run into any trouble with it. I called We Fix Ugly Pools and asked if they would inspect it. They assured me they would, were out the very next day - when they said they would be there - and did a thorough inspection. The price was VERY reasonable, the service was impeccable, and every one I spoke to and worked with at the company was friendly and professional. Highly recommended We Fix Ugly Pools. more

we hired the UGLY crew to replaster and change it over to a salt water pool, wow four days and we were swimming again funs over now as they came to do the no drain acid wash today will be back in 3 days to stabilize another week or so to add salt and its just been great working with all the ugly guys from brian to the chipping and plaster crews to the service crews. thank you, ugly pools for giving us our pool back more

We have a home warranty and quite honestly, had never heard of We Fix Ugly Pools, prior to them being sent out. The Home Warranty Company denied our claim due to the lack of service on the filter so we fired our pool guy and hired the UGLY pool guys! All around funny company, with great attitudes and they really understand the work that they are doing. We could not be angry at them at all and really appreciated the professionialism given to us all the way through. We have already had a quote done for new surface and to add a little fire pit. They do all sorts of things! \r Thanks again Ugly Pool Guy! Two thumbs up from us! more

This was the worst service ever. The company was referred by the home warranty company. The worker came looked at the pump, said "someone had touched it" and refused to repair it. I got a second opinion from another company who was quick to see the problem and fix it under the warranty. Called and complained at the WE FIX UGLY POOLS and no one has called back. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!! I now have to fight to get the service fee returned to me!!!!!!! The worker Raphael just wanted the money stating "I would be calling him back to fix the pool." Which was a stupid statement. Why would I use this company ever. He never "touched" the pump. I need someone who will "touch" the equipment. more

Without hesitation, we recommend We Fix Ugly Pools to anyone we know who has a problem with their pool. My brother recommended We Fix Ugly Pools to us about 5 years ago, and we?ve been using them ever since. We renovated with them in 2006, upgraded our equipment in 2008, and then had them do a service on the pool every 3 monhs since then (we do our own maintenance for the most part). \r The day before our son?s high school graduation party, we realized the light in our pool had burned out. We immediately called We Fix Ugly Pools to see how quickly they could come and change the fixture to one of those Colored LED. Would you believe they came to our house between jobs the same day to put this in? They saved the day. Unbelievable! We bought a house sight unseen and it has a pool but all the equipment was stolen from the backyard. I called we fix ugly pools and they istalled all new equipment and cleaned the pool and it looks wonderful! more
