I was told to be at home from 2 - 4 pm. At 3:30, I looked at my phone and saw that someone had tried to call. I did not recognize the number, and there was NO MESSAGE. I decided to try the unknown number, and it was the plumber who said he'd tried to reach me earlier in the day and was now working out in Cortland. He advised me to call the main office. I did so and was told that 1) they had left me a message and b) that they had been at my house after 2 PM. Both UNTRUE.
I hope yo be able to change this review - but right now, I am furious. I've spent the whole day at home and now have someone in their main office telling me that I was not here.
