I;ve had my accts at USB for several years. Over the years I've noticed a declining attitude at several of their branches where I frequent. The staff seems disgruntled and is in no rush to greet me or help me. In fact often I walk in to the middle of a conversation between tellers, managers etc airing their dirty laundry about their personal problems or work related complaints and have to glare at someone until they decide it;s time to help me. I used to feel confident doing my business there but with so many new banks both here in the city and in the burbs, it may be time to go somewhere where they actually value me as a customer.
