Declining Service and rude employees 3/9/2012

I;ve had my accts at USB for several years. Over the years I've noticed a declining attitude at several of their branches where I frequent. The staff seems disgruntled and is in no rush to greet me or help me. In fact often I walk in to the middle of a conversation between tellers, managers etc airing their dirty laundry about their personal problems or work related complaints and have to glare at someone until they decide it;s time to help me. I used to feel confident doing my business there but with so many new banks both here in the city and in the burbs, it may be time to go somewhere where they actually value me as a customer. more

I am happy with the products they offer and their attention to details. they may not have the flash of a big bank but they offer great service and great products more

Great Rate and personal service 10/17/2011

Just refinanced my home with United and could not be happier with the way the process was handled. Great to deal with a community bank and not be shuffled around by one of the big banks. Would highly reccomend this bank! more

In the process of getting far far away from United Savings Bank these people are some of the rudest and most incompetent people on earth. They have huge attitudes at all levels of the organization. They talk down to customers (basically referring to your business as a peon) and couldn't care less about your business - it's like dealing with a loan shark. Extremely unprofessional. more

Strongly recommend this great bank 10/17/2009

I recently refinanced my home and thank God I did,now I am able to manage my finances. Pros: Friendly & Caring with excellent service Cons: Not many branches but worth the trip more

I am a 120% satisfied with USB and there employees. They recently resolved a problem I had wiithin a couple of hours. The entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend using the Packer Park USB.... more
