I left this apartment after 6 months and today i got a letter on what i owe. Here are the charges as is, if i could i would have uploaded a copy of that document.
1) Damage Receipts - 207.71 (For painting, carpet cleaning and cleaning) This after they said ""House was so clean"" you will NOT be charged for anything during move-out inspection.
2) Gas Reimbursement - 5.71
3) Water submersing riem - 14.46
4) Gas Reimbursement - 4.80 (yes, same as 2 above)
5) Utility Service fee - 3.50
6) Water submersing riem - 12.16
I have no ******* idea what 2-6 charges are.
7) Accelerated Rent- 458.62
TOTAL OF - 706.96 - There way of saying, ""I hope you enjoyed your stay""

2) OLD OLD OLD apartments, where every you walk you will squeaky noise
3) I have opened at least 12 maintenance request in 6 months
4) FORGET YOUR DEPOSIT AND BE READY TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
