Lakeside Apartments

THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH YOU SHOULD STAY. I left this apartment after 6 months and today i got a letter on what i owe. Here are the charges as is, if i could i would have uploaded a copy of that document. 1) Damage Receipts - 207.71 (For painting, carpet cleaning and cleaning) This after they said ""House was so clean"" you will NOT be charged for anything during move-out inspection. 2) Gas Reimbursement - 5.71 3) Water submersing riem - 14.46 4) Gas Reimbursement - 4.80 (yes, same as 2 above) 5) Utility Service fee - 3.50 6) Water submersing riem - 12.16 I have no ******* idea what 2-6 charges are. 7) Accelerated Rent- 458.62 TOTAL OF - 706.96 - There way of saying, ""I hope you enjoyed your stay"" +++++ 1) Noisy neighbor 2) OLD OLD OLD apartments, where every you walk you will squeaky noise 3) I have opened at least 12 maintenance request in 6 months 4) FORGET YOUR DEPOSIT AND BE READY TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ---- Now tell me, do you really want to stay here??? more

I have never written a review before but this is necessary if you are planning to live here. This place is horrible. The sink pipes leak, the garbage disposal is crap,,, the heater doesn't work.. it would be ok if it wasn't winter... but it is. The door to our complex is broken... the key buzzer doesn't work .... the toilet constantly cloggs.....the ceiling is paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING the tenants around you are doing... i mean EVERYTHING..half of the laundry machines in the laundry room are out of order .the office personal are very professionally fronted but when there is an issue they try to back away from any responsibility. the parking spot we were assigned to was too small for our van and we made a strong point of this and were made to believe that we would find another spot. however, one month and two parking tickets later still no resolve and even a very rude offensive talk with office personnel trying to prove they helped us by asking two of the ten possible tenants to switch parking spots who refused. this is the worst place i've ever lived in california... you can take my word for it or move in and find out for yourself. more

the worst place to live....\r Horrible staff....\r There are rattttts in the building...\r the building is old and the apartments are way overpriced.\r Dont be fooled if at the begginging they try to sweet talk u....i would too if i wanted your money\r im not a typical person just writing a bad review....trust me everything im saying on here i have talked upon the manager and still nothing ever got resolved...the apartment is way small for the price and when its cold its cold ....and when its hot well...just look at where the cooler is at.\r the place is small but it wont cover the bedroom so good luck.!!!\r please choose another place before anything...there are a lot of other nicer,newer,and cheaper apartments... more
