I happened across the previous post and was sad to see it. This is one of my favorite restaurants. And no, I don't work for them. I tried the Border Cantina about 8 years ago after a friend suggested that we give it a try. We've literally eaten there about 4 times a month ever since. What do I like? The taste of the food first. Always good! They do use lots of cheese so keep that in mind when ordering. The price is great. The service is good. If you have kids, its a nice place to take them and feel comfortable. The place is always busy, but we rarely have to wait to get in. I think the success of the Cantina really speaks for its self.
