Agreed with the other reviews about Dr. Nolan. He is very reliable and professional unlike his front desk employees. First time there, the lady with short hair with glasses who help us was there was very rude. Try to pressure my wife into purchasing $700 frames. Talk to us like we didn't know any better. Got the prescription and went elsewhere to get frames. My wife then made the mistake to recommend this place to her sister. She had her eye exam in December. Her glasses where were suppose to be done within a week. It wasn't until January when she got them. She open them to find out the lenses were scratched up. She sent them back. 2 weeks go by and then she got her glasses back but now with the incorrect lenses color. It is now March and still no correct glasses. Just today 3/22/12 we just ask for a refund and got your money back. Worst customer service ever! If you ever had to go to this place, just go for the exam and purchase your frames elsewhere. Avoid Columbus Ophthalmology. I'm not the only one who feels this poorly about this place! Read the other reviews!
