Buying our first home was a very big deal for us. Considering today's economic climate, and my husband's mounting debt from medical school it did not seem like a good time for us to buy a new place. We were interested in finding a home relatively close to Temple Hospital because my husband is still in his residency. We were looking to rent because buying is a huge commitment. Nancy helped us grasp the actual return on the purchase. It turns out that buying this home will be one of the more financially sound investments we've made in the past few years. We've been here for a little over half a year. I'm thrilled and so relieved to have a place to call home-- forever!
