I purchased the deal from Living social. I looked at the ratings so I thought this place would be a great place. i was very excited to begin my sessions. The reviews were abosolutely wrong. When I walked in, i filled out some paperwork, and went straight into the room. There was no one else there, I thought that's great no wait! During the entire process, the staff did not say one word to me. I was surprised she didnt even explain the process to me in the first place. I had to ask questions, and she gave me one word answers. After i was done and ready to make my next appointment. I was told that it is very inconveneient for them to schedule me for the weekend. I was a little flabbergasted, there was no one else there?!?! How can i be an inconvenience, i am the customer?!? I was just completely turned off with everything. The customer service is just terrible. \r

One last thing -- I was a little concerned as they do not use the sonogram gel that protects your skin against the laser. Is this normal? i go to another place for my underarm and told me its necessary to use the gel as it may burn your skin if you don't. This i am very concerened about. The staff at Rejuva (other place i go to) always talk to you during the process so you keep your minds off the pain. What a different experience! Sadly, i will have to continue my sessions at Allure until it's complete.\r
