Aesthetic Allure & Laser Hair Removal

My family and i have been customers at Aesthetic Allure for years, they have the most professional staff that are really patient and take they're time to ensure you have the best results in your treatment. They took time in explaining to me that laser hair removal is like art, and each person has different hair types and skin tones that make them use advanced techniques in targeting hair that you want to remove. I recently moved in the beginning of the school year to Manhattan just in time for their second location, European Aesthetic Laser to open. Its near my college, and I go to that office when its more convenient for my schedule. Yet on those days I'm back at home with my sisters in Brooklyn I drive them to their treatment at Aesthetic Allure, and I'm always welcomed back like a close friend. They speak English and Russian in this office, which is helpful to my aunt that doesn't speak so much English. Both of the offices are newly renovated in a modern chic style and they both have a selection of the top lasers out there today. I think the Aesthetic Allure family is the only reason I've continued with laser hair removal, i wouldn't dream to go anywhere else!! more

I continue to be so impressed with aesthetic allure!! Really, their professional and friendly service has given me amazing results that just leave me shocked....I really never have to shave anymore. I am very pleased with Aesthetic Allure & Laser. The front desk receptionist is extremely kind and courteous. My laser package was modified to suit my needs which was excellent. The prices, especially packages are reasonable especially compared with rates in Manhattan. The office and treatment rooms are very clean and relaxing. The siting area is also very relaxing. Laser hair removal is a pretty difficult industry that requires lots of specific knowledge, experience, and honesty with customers. All of these characteristics define Allure. I looked around and tried many place before here and I never had a good experience. Laser was way too painful and way too expensive. Most other clinics have cheap little machines or IPLs that are not real lasers, that burn your skin leaving it red with scars. Aesthetic Allure has the best machines that can be offered, and provide professional, knowledgeable staff who know what they are talking about and actually care about you, unlike other places when they are just trying to take you're money and get you to leave asap. Even though I've only been doing laser hair removal a short while, I already had amazing results. I found out about Aesthetic Allure Laser Hair Removal Center from seeing my sister like their page on Facebook. I had been wanted laser for years, but could not stand up to my fear for pain. I decided to call and make an appointment for a facial to kind of.. check the place out. On the phone I was kindly helped to schedule and appointment that would be best for me. When I came for my facial, I was kindly greeted by everyone who worked there. I was offered refreshments and waited in the sparkling marble floor waiting area. I went to the facial room where I was welcomed by Marina. She waited patiently and I laid down to being. As the steam to open my pore began so did calming music. I felt like I was in a Caribbean spa. Through a series of extractions and organic masks and creams, after 45-60 mins I walked out of my facial with a glistening, clear face. I enjoyed my experience so much I decided to schedule a laser appointment for the following week. When I can back, they greeted me by name! SO FRIENDLY!!! I was escorted to the opposite side of the organized facility. I went through my treatment shocked because there was no pain!! My experience here was so great. I received quality services from highly knowledgeable professionals at extremely affordable prices. I love going back every 4-7 weeks for laser AND a facial!!!!! I heard about Aesthetic Allure and Laser Hair Removal from a friend and thought it would be a nice thing to try because of all the great things she told me about this place. When I first got to the office, I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and another one of the ladies who works there. As I waited for my esthetician, Sveta, to finish with the client who she was with, the owner greeted me and kindly offered me something to drink and chocolate. Sveta soon came out to greet me herself and say she'd be done soon. At first I was nervous about the notorious pain laser hair removal was usually associated with. But, as I continued to chat with the owner she eased my mind saying that the pain was minimal to pain free. She said once my treatment began, if I felt any uncomfort, she would be happy to provide me with numbing cream. When I went to my treatment room, I noticed the distinguished plaques on one of the walls. It comforted me to see the level of professionalism in this office. They were experience and licensed, and I knew they would do right by me. At first I asked many questions, I was curious how the treatment worked. Sveta patiently explained everything to me. When my treatment on my underarms started, I was shocked, I didn't feel a thing!!!!!!! At that moment I knew laser was the best thing I ever decided to do for myself. I was more concentrated on the sound of the cool air coming out from their top of the line GentleLASE laser, then the minimal heat from the actual laser. After my underarm treatment was finished, I decided to also do my legs and full bikini. I was surprised how affordable their prices were. Most other places are unrealistically unaffordable, and I'm sure don't give an experience anywhere near that of Allure. I have been doing these three areas for about 4 months with each of the visits spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The results have been amazing so far! I can't wait until I come back for my next visit! more

Like the place from first impression plus they are so informative and honest. My priority areas were underarms and Brazilian and now I’m practically doing the whole body. I cannot thank you enough! Just about year ago I was so scared of laser hair removal until my friend told me about his experience at Aesthetic Allure. Now, I can’t say enough about this place. I had a good experience each time I walked into this beautiful office. Different lasers, later evening accommodation, always welcoming girls. I purchased the deal from Living social. I looked at the ratings so I thought this place would be a great place. i was very excited to begin my sessions. The reviews were abosolutely wrong. When I walked in, i filled out some paperwork, and went straight into the room. There was no one else there, I thought that's great no wait! During the entire process, the staff did not say one word to me. I was surprised she didnt even explain the process to me in the first place. I had to ask questions, and she gave me one word answers. After i was done and ready to make my next appointment. I was told that it is very inconveneient for them to schedule me for the weekend. I was a little flabbergasted, there was no one else there?!?! How can i be an inconvenience, i am the customer?!? I was just completely turned off with everything. The customer service is just terrible. \r \r One last thing -- I was a little concerned as they do not use the sonogram gel that protects your skin against the laser. Is this normal? i go to another place for my underarm and told me its necessary to use the gel as it may burn your skin if you don't. This i am very concerened about. The staff at Rejuva (other place i go to) always talk to you during the process so you keep your minds off the pain. What a different experience! Sadly, i will have to continue my sessions at Allure until it's complete.\r \r I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. more

Hello, When I came to this office a year ago I desperately needed help with my face. HAIRY FACE! I've done some much work on myself and it was only getting worse. I found out about Allure through my friends. Received a free, detailed consultation about laser hair removal. It was my last hope because in the past I had laser done on my face (I was told it was LASER) but it didn't work. Staff here is so understanding and made me feel so welcome and confident that I can make my face beautiful again. Prices were good as well. I spent so much more on things that did not work, but now my skin is looking FAB! Best machines, always welcoming and accommodating. Thank You girls! more

I've just tried to make an appointment for their laser services, and I started to ask question the lady that picked up the phone, she was very rude impatient and unhelpful, I believe she is the owner, since an employee could get fired for such an attitude. She told me to go online and look for the answers myself. She said she was busy and hung up on me. Well, what can I say, I don't think I will ever try to use their service again. more

At Aesthetic Allure i had my legs treated for laser hair reduction ,my hairs looked not so dark, the technician explained to me that the result wouldn't be so good but it would be significant reduction and slow growing. I decided to have 4 treatments. VERY happy with results. No need to shave every day!!! more

If you really want deep extraction and clean face go to Marina. It is uncomfortable but effective. After facial in one week I had skin treatment with massage and oxygen. Very professional. more

I had course of bikini laser hair removal and a course of underarms. I had great results after 4 treatments and this for me was unbelievable! This place has class and their office is very clean and relaxing. They have great lasers and workers they all just make you feel confident about yourself. This truly was worth it !!! more

I went to the Allure laser last week and was very impressed with the staff and clinic. I booked a course of 6 treatments and got a promotion offer. I scheduled to pay in 2 installments making easy payments for my self. I had my first treatment, they used a device that cools the skin, this prevents any damage and makes the treatment quite painless and comfortable. I have dark skin, they have two lasers one for light skin and one for dark, after calling a few places I found not a lot of them have this machine (YAG) for the dark skin. I have had been told in other clinics I was unable to have treatment due to my dark skin. I was very happy to find professional place. more

Hello, I did 4 sessions to remove hair on my back. Last session I did was 3 months ago and the hair has gone and it is barely seen any since. I was told that I need 4-6 sessions but I hope it would work even sooner. Laser was with cold air and it didn't hurt. Worth trying it out. more

Was recommended Aesthetic Allure by a friend of mine, who prized them highly. I’ve now had 2 treatments and can positively confirm that my back hair is significantly reduced. The procedure itself is much more tolerable then I thought. Did not feel much except for some numbness of the treated skin. There was some redness afterwards, which I was told is normal. I want to thank Svetlana, the owner of the salon for being careful and attentive, and for taking time to explain to me what lays ahead. I am an Indian with olive skin tone and I’ve been doing my face for 2 years. I understand that this procedure takes longer time than on a light skin, but still it’s the best solution.
