Can anyone say monopoly? Prices are WAY to high. Customer service is abysmal. I inquired about my cable bill on several occasions and was never told that I had been getting charged for STARZ for like six months until my third call. I tried to get my long distance switched over to another carrier and thought this was the case, until a month later and I had an ENORMOMOUS bill from them. I am presently on my FOURTH call to try and get this rectified. Mind you that on my third call I was assured that my long distance would work - not the case.
Overall stay as far away from this organization as you can, if possible; like I said before, they are monopolizing the area and basically charge whatever they want while leaning you over the proverbial barrel
