Salesman do not honor price 3/9/2012

Went in and took the vehicle for a spin. Told them I liked it but was on a time constraint since I had to be to work at a certain time. The salesman and finance manager took advantage of that fact. The salesman and I shook hands to an agreed price, and then they waited until I had absolutely no more time to be there and rushed me through all the paperwork. Salesman never changed price to what we agreed on. I contacted via facebook and the sales manager was no help. Talked to him again on the phone and he was still no help. Claimed they record everything, but then delete it, when I asked about our conversations. The sales team I dealt with as a whole was horrible, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. They will keep you there until you are ready to leave then say here just sign here, here, here, and here. That way they can add more $ to what you previously agreed upon. On another note in the Service Center they handled everything great! more
