This is a perfect example of you never know who is posting reviews to the web. Using a variety of aliases a former employee posted several comments to this and other websites writing bad reviews with blanantly false statements. Many of these comments have been removed after the statements were proven false and a defamation suit was threatened. Unfortunately, once a comment is posted to the web it lingers forever. It is truly a shame that I had to make a posting to defend my otherwise stellar reputation within the legal community. The office is open for business and is booming. Our client base primarily consists of referals from other attorneys and former clients. I am proud that both myself and one of the associate attorneys within my office have been elected as officials by our colleagues on the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association. In my many years in practice I have never had so much as a complaint made against me to the Bar Association or Better Business Bureau. Customer Service is our number one priority and will continue to be in the future.
