Had 4 conversations in 4 years, had to have a phone appt arranged if I wanted to speak to him, that took two weeks. He was ill prepared in court, it seemed as if he took a brief look at my case a few days before appearance. I felt unimportant and had to update them repeatedly, on current physicians when I'd call back the old information was never changed. I know THREE people that have lost their cases with him as their council and all waited FIVE years. Never again. Trying to find out if I can sue him. more

I have seen lawyers at their best and this firm is definitely not one of them! If I were to check my log of phone calls over a one and a half year period, the number would not exceed 10. How pathetic is that? The last time they lost my phone number. As a result of the incompetence, I was not informed of critical and strict criteria that was crucial to my case. Needless to say, I am being evicted from my house with little or no income and was told 3 days before my hearing date the lawyer could not represent me as she stated they didn't have a case! WTF is this kind of practice? I have to agree with another review about their attitude and trying to obtain information from staff. One staff person called me to discuss a question and 10 days later called me again and had no recollection of our conversation. REALLY? Obviously she was lousy at record keeping and maintaining a log in terms of remarks etc. From the onset, I had an unsettling feeling about this law firm and I should've stuck with instincts and dropped them like a hot potato over a year ago. This is the only satisfaction I will get after dealing with medical issues and set backs regarding my health in addition to now being on the street. You people should be ashamed of your lack luster so-called "representation". My hope is that you remember me when your life ends up in the toilet. You reap what you sow. more
