Wow, what a bunch of complainers. It's an apartment complex not a condo. I?ve looked at a few reviews people have posted on here, including ?Other? things some of you have posted on --- all negative. Leads me to believe none of you are happy people.
I?ve lived at a Properties building for several years now. I'm quiet & like my space,Ya, apartment life has its draw back especially in larger buildings (I can hear people walking around upstairs & laundry room is usually in use) But, problems are usually fixed very quickly. My next door neighbors are great. Improvements to the building make it nice. The Onsite manager (I won?t say who) is friendly. I called her up cuz I dropped my keys down a storm drain late one night and she gave me access to my unit. Ya, I had to pay a deposit on a new set of keys (SUCK) but not their fault. Only been charged on my own F?ups, put a hole in the wall, but I asked if they could work with me on that & got the charge removed.
If you?re looking for a concierge service go else ware, I'm happy ""YOU"" don?t live here. Cant say what all the buildings are like, but cant beet the price or location of mine.
