We just had a very poor experience with Park City Pet Grooming and its operator, Leigh Kracht. We brought in our two (2) St. Bernard's for a bath and a trim for the second time this winter. Leigh completely sheared off ALL of the hair from our St. Bernard's, when we just wanted a good trim like in our first visit. When we spoke to Leigh about this she was very apologetic for the mistake over the phone to me but abruptly ended our calm conversation and told me/us to come back and ""get your money"". She later called to apologize again for the mistake. I reported the incident and filed a complaint with Utah Better Business Bureau. It will take some months for our St. Bernard's hair to grow back. I strongly DO NOT recommend this business and its services to the public.
