Not a good place for toddlers. The staff tries to keep an eye on all the children but they are overwhelmed. Too many kids and not enough supervision. They seem frustrated. I personally talked to the teachers and they have expressed their frustration with the directors. Kids are always getting hurt and it is not being reported to the parents. My son was getting bitten by the same child who has bitten other children in the class. One evening at bath time I noticed my son had a bite mark on his shoulder. I wasn't told my son was bitten this day. The next day when I questioned the Assistant Director she claimed she didn't know of any incident. I was told by the Owner that he would call the teacher to see if she remembered an incident that day. He later told me that the teacher did not remember any incident. The following Monday, I spoke with the teacher who informed me that the Owner never called her about this incident. The Owner lied to me about talking to the teacher. My son was getting hurt on a weekly basis. The biter was allowed to continue his behavior for over 8 months. The Owner refused to do anything about the biter. I had the feeling the biter's family may have been relatives or a big contributor to the school. Otherwise, I could not see how this was allowed to go on. On another occasion I witnessed the biter pushing a little girl against the wall so hard she slammed her head. This happened right in front of the Owner and THREE teachers. I have to wonder if her parents were ever told. Although my child was very stimulated here, I could not leave him in a place where he would be hurt everyday and where they lie to me. Very frightening.
