I am a health care professional. As part of my work schedule i never realized when and how I lost track of both fitness and health. I started out at the body challenge in sept 2011 . Just what I was looking for to jump start. At the end of the challenge between my work schedule I managed to lose 10 lbs. however what I learnt at this challenge was something I kept up with and then came more rewards. I am down by 25 lbs in toto. More than anything I seem to have great energy , and this fitness has become an integral part of my routine. I must appreciate Rachel one of our trainers who took time to guide me during the challenge and continues to support out goals. My best bets are the plyo pump and kick boxing . I thoroughly enjoy them.
