My wife and I have been going to this office ever since we moved to Ft Worth (8yrs). I have never had any dental work done until I had to have a root canal. I was terrified of the pain and made it know to the dentist. I asked him to numb the heck out of me so I didn't feel anything, He did so, and I never felt ANY pain, even after the repair, and that was 4 yrs ago. I recently had the Zoom whitening and I was told up front that there would be some sensitivity, and they sent home some products for the sensitivity in case i needed them. I didn't feel any sensitivity until after I left. I got home and took Tylenol and Motrin and within an hour all was gone. I have since used the at home bleaching trays they sent home with me. I have had a little sensitivity with those as well, but it does go away. I think the sensitivity will just be person to person based. If you are generally sensitive then this might make you more sensitive for a while. All in all, this office is great. I have never had a problem with the staff, hygienist, or doctor.
