I ordered flowers 2 day before delivery date. Received an email after 8pm on the delivery date, that order was not delivered. Tried calling, and it took 4 phone calls to finally get a live person. and that was only because i called the Place an order #. Extremely rude customer service. Sent 3 emails that were returned undeliverable.
In 30 years of using FTD, i have never had an order not delivered, with no reason. This florist is a piece of S**T, and i would not use them for anything. A terrible reflection on Michigan. Like the economy is sooo good that you can afford to do business this way.
