While I was serving in the Army overseas, I decided it would be nice to get my wife weekly maid service to help her out since she was home with our 2 and 4 year old daughters and probably could use the help. I have never used a maid service before so I did a lot of research on the various companies in Austin. I ended up going with Krystal Klean of Austin and I'm so glad that I did.
It all started with an email to Todd. Since I was 10 plus hours ahead of them in Texas, email seemed like a good choice for communication. Not to mention the long distance charges. Surprisingly, Todd got back to me rather quickly with answers to my questions, and a price. One of the things I had really wanted with this service was to be able to pay for it with my credit card. Many of the other services wanted my card information and I wasn't too comfortable with the idea of that. Todd said that this would not be a problem and that I could pay through their web site after each visit.
I set up our first appointment and moved forward. My wife was really impressed with the thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. She had nothing but good things to say about them. I was glad to hear that the first appointment had gone off without a hitch and that my wife was happy. Since the first appointment 4 1/2 months ago, everything has been great. We've even had them come out and clean our carpets, our windows and power wash the sidewalk and driveway.
One of the things that blew me away the most was they brought 2 toy vacuums for our daughters. The girls had been trying to help them vacuum with their big vacuums so they brought them out their own. What a great company! I'm so blown away by everything they do. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am a customer for life!
