Krystal Klean sent a team to do a post move out cleaning of our condo. They did a horrible job and had to come back a second time. I asked a manager to meet me at the house to review the issues, and she stood me up (I literally drove to my condo, which is a 40 minute drive from my house, and waited 2 hours for her and she never showed up). She later called me to apologize and said she was sending a crew out to take care of the items from the punch list. I was not able meet them in person, so I had my building staff let them in the unit. I didn't know it, but she sent the same cleaning crew that did the horrible job the first time back, and my building staff witnessed the resentful and spiteful attitude that they had when they came back. After they were finished with the second cleaning, they left every single light in the house except for one on, and damaged multiple parts of my home including etching on two natural stone countertops, a broken doorstop and associated hole in a door, and damage to the porcelain inside one of the toilets. I spent the better part of a week trying to get the owner, Todd, to review the issue with me, and he tried to brush off the issue and not talk to me about it. I even sent him multiple pictures of the damage. Only after I threatened to take this up with the BBB and my legal counsel did he finally have his ""VP of Customer Relations"" contact me. I met this gentleman at my condo. He does not want to cover any of the repairs, but acknowledged to me that the manager that I was working with has been ""demoted to the lowest level of the company"" and the onsite supervisor that had the terrible attitude with my building staff has been severely reprimanded. Even with this being the case, they do not want to accept responsibility for repairing the damage they did. The only concession that they are offering is to waive my fee for the work they were supposed to do. That fee does not come close to covering the cost of repairing the damage. Also, they did not conduct half the work they were supposed to do, and their ""VP of Customer Relations"" acknowledged that they did not do several of the items they were originally hired to do anyways. I would completely avoid this company if you have natural wood or natural stone in your house, and want to keep them looking nice . . . or if you just want a clean house without any holes in your doors.
