I received your letter dated February 19, 2012, about my recent business in your service department. I was treated well. In fact, last week, the week following the service done, I discovered the transmission for my Dodge minivan had developed a hard shift following the service done on Friday, February 17th. I called on Wednesday morning, February 22th, to Mike Ugolint about the problem and not only did he remember me, but he allow me to bring in the car that same morning. A technician (I don't remember his name) rode with me to understand the problem and then worked on the car to correct the problem that same day. I want you to understand that I greatly appreciate the work done by Mike and that technician (Mike should know his name). The car has run without the problem since I got it back.
