Leon is professional and very friendly. He does not push. He tried to find the best deal for us, not the expensive one. He is honest. Great time dealing with Leon. 8/20/2014

I went to this dealership because my Costco disc was at this location. I met with Leon Travis. From the very beginning of our phone and email conversations he was great very nice, patient and took his time with me, and if anyone knows me they know I ask a lot of questions. I want a safe and reliable car but most importantly one I can afford. Leon took at least 2 hours with me and we went over car over car price over price to see what met my needs. My husband wanted to do other shopping which we did, but no one compares to the friendless and patience Leon had with me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying car. I highly recommend this dealership, but mostly I recommend Leon Travis as your sales guys. My extensive search for a new Wrangler ended at Criswell Jeep, where Mr. Leon Travis went out of his way to accommodate me. The experience was an exceedingly professional one, devoid of the usual subterfuge in trade-in value, options and availability, making the purchase of a new vehicle so tedious. My time was treated as precious, my ear not unduly bent, and my common sense not affronted. The experience was a brilliant success and pleasure, one I aim to repeat in due time. more

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Grand Caravan R/T and are extremely impressed with the service that Mike Long provided. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and used the USAA car buying service to find the car and you dealership. Mike Long immediately provided top rate service for this transaction to include timely responses and extensive information regarding the purchase process. Being in Afghanistan, I needed this process to move smoothly and for someone to look after my wife when she came to the dealership. Mike, with exceeding professionalism, worked with me over the phone and email to establish required documentation and then took extra time to walk my wife through the process during our scheduled transaction date. I can't thank Mike enough for providing our family great service during this challenging time more

Those two men went out of their way to help us, finding the perfect vehicle that would work for our family. My NUMBER ONE!!! 2/14/2011

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding individuals that work for your company. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram from Criswell Jeep Dodge Chrysler. I met amazing salesman by the name of Noah and sales manager by the name of Sue. They were understanding and patient as we traversed the muky negotiation waters. Noah was truly amazing. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, found the truck, and closed the deal. By working with Noah, I was able to purchase the car before Christmas and deliver a great percent to my wife. I just want to point out that this has honestly been the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had. There was no sales pressure and absolutely no negative attitudes, which is a major change from many dealerships, Because of these two outstanding individuals I will definitely tell anyone looking for a Ford, Dodge Chrysler, and Chevy to consider making their purchase from Criswell Auto, especially if they can work with Noah and Sue. There is no doubt, that if I purchase another Dodge or Chrysler, Noah and Sue are the only options for me!!! more
