We have been customers of Karl for over 17 years. We have never had a complaint about the service, technicians, or quality of the work. Little disappointed now - we have participated in the maintenance agreement plan for many years. When we got the renewal notice last week, my wife looked for the receipts from 2011 and determined that we never got a spring check up or a fall check up in 2011 as part of the agreement we had paid for. When she called about this and to ask what we need to do to correct this since we paid for the two check-ups, she was told that there wasn't anything to be done. We would need to pay the agreement for 2012 and they would schedule a visit. So basically we are just out two maintenance checkups. My wife was told that the agreement pays for the "discount" we would receive if we needed to call for service in 2011. We will pay the 2012 agreement and continue to be loyal customers and refer KBComplete to our friends, but we were a little disappointed.
