I'm a bit ticked that I can't give this shop 0 stars or even a negative rating b/c this was literally my worst experience as a customer ever.
First, I showed up to the store when it was supposed to be open, but I had to stand around and wait for the old guy who I think owns the place to show up. Who the hell is late to their own business? Then instead of attending to me immediately he took his time getting ready before he decided it was time to actually serve his customer.
All I needed was a shoelace to replace a broken one, but the old guy couldn't even get that right. Instead he gave me one that was the wrong length. I told him what happened, but he decided to start talking to another customer instead of finishing with his first customer. So, I went over and grabbed the wrong color shoelaces off the wall b/c it was too dark in poorly lit, dirty little store. When he realized I opened the wrong box the old man became upset and started berating me for several minutes while he tried to find the right shoelaces - which were covered by other shoelaces which were in the wrong place. He continued whining about me opening the wrong box of shoelaces even after I put both boxes on the counter to indicate I'd take responsibility and pay for them.
Rude, arrogant, ignorant, overpriced...let's see anything else? Yeah, plenty, but I think you get the idea.
