Jim cooper, tabitha, and Rhonda were all great and I give them 5 stars but the amount of time it took to get the car back to us was too long so I'd give that side of the experience only 3stars. The final result of the repair looks perfect. Work began on February 6th and wasn't completed until February 23rd around 2 or 3 o'clock so that is 19 days to us. The previous days that the car was there were awaiting review from insurance and they took too long as well but I know that has nothing to do with WFM. The 3 stars and the 5 stars average to 4 stars. I really should weight the technician score and turn around time more heavily but am not. I would recommend Woburn but warn about the turn around time.
