We like Ryan Auto Mall. Good selection of vehicles and most of the people we met were very nice. With that said we didn't end up buying our vehicle from Ryan because of our horrible salesman. The whole time he was more concerned with telling us that he is the most honest salesman in the business and was telling us all about his pay plan and getting paid. He said that he only wanted to deal with buyers not lookers. A couple of times he was even complaining about some other customers.He was being very unprofessional. We had found a vehicle that we wanted and we wanted to know what our payments would be and talk to the finance people. He said that our rate would be about 1.9 without even talking to finance. We would have bought from Ryan if it had not been for Paul O'Leary.
