Paying attention to the small budget 4/3/2012

It was a blast actually. I went there just to peek around and Amanda Greenwaldt showed me around the place. For the fact that I had a small budget I certainly managed to drag poor Amanda around. I think I took her attention for 4 hours. All afternoon. And although banks told me due to lack of credit status (and a low income) I need to have a co-sign they managed to find me the financing I needed and get me rolling in my Impala. (The car I really wanted) They really cared about what I felt comfortable with for monthly payment and didn't pressure me to go bigger or more expensive. GREAT FUN AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! more

Excellent 4/3/2012

Hassle free, excellent service, straight shooters. I was dreading buying another vehicle until I walked into Ryans. The sales guys, Bruce and Jake, did not mess around. Mitch in finance was unbelievable. All business and we were able to get a deal done in no time. First time I walked out of a dealership with out the feeling of being screwed. more

One Bad Salesman 3/30/2012

We like Ryan Auto Mall. Good selection of vehicles and most of the people we met were very nice. With that said we didn't end up buying our vehicle from Ryan because of our horrible salesman. The whole time he was more concerned with telling us that he is the most honest salesman in the business and was telling us all about his pay plan and getting paid. He said that he only wanted to deal with buyers not lookers. A couple of times he was even complaining about some other customers.He was being very unprofessional. We had found a vehicle that we wanted and we wanted to know what our payments would be and talk to the finance people. He said that our rate would be about 1.9 without even talking to finance. We would have bought from Ryan if it had not been for Paul O'Leary. more

Thank you, Ryan Auto Mall, for your great pricing on used cars. The salesman that my wife and I had was Bruce Varner. He was great in very way possible: Friendly, honest, helpful with any questions/concerns we had. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases and made us feel really comfortable. Overall, super great salesman. We also want to thank Greg Christopher who helped us with the financing part of the two vehicle purchases. He answered any questions we had while doing the paperwork and even answered questions a few days later. Overall great experience made us feel like family. more

Minnesota's best car dealership!!!! 2/14/2012

We drove over 3 hours just to get a car here. They made every thing simple and easy giving us a chance to rebulid our credit. Jeff Seibert is an excellent salesmen going the extra mile to make us happy and get the best deal possible. Thanks to everyone down at Ryan's Automall!!!! more

My new Caliber! 10/14/2011

My experience at Ryan Automall was awesome! My salesman Jeff S was so helpful with getting everything put together for my purchase of a new 2011 Dodge Caliber. The experience was well worth the 2 plus hour drive to the dealership. I would recommend the great service and prices to anyone. Thanks for all the help! more

Great buying experience 10/2/2011

The folks at Ryan seem very professional and at the same time friendly. I had a good experience in shopping for a vehicle for my daughter and will certainly return there for service work. Bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty and they took the time to really look over it and make sure that the vehicle was in good condition.
