Terrible customer service and management! 3/27/2012

First of all there are no exchanges or refunds, with no exceptions. Now think about that hard before you go here. If you change your mind or something doesn't match, too bad you can't return it! Even if they are the one that make a mistake(and they did), too bad you can't return it! Now for all the issues we had. Bridesmaid dresses are taking 4 months to get done! Good thing we went when we did. Wedding dress had a stain on it. They did get it cleaned but something you shouldn't see when your spending that much money on a NEW dress. They don't do alterations so you have to take everything somewhere else to get fitted. As if you haven't paid enough already! We needed swatches of the colors so we could match other items. We had to pay for the swatches! Then it took like 3 weeks to get them! We got a tux, suit and ties there also. After we finally got the swatches back we found that the ties didn't match the colors. Guess what? Too bad! No refunds or exchanges! We we're told up front they would match ANY color. A bold face lie. This place is solely interested in taking your money. Once they make the sale your stuck, they will doing nothing for you. The worst customer service possible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! more
