Bedazzled Bridal & Formal

I got married about a month ago and I got my tuxedos at Bedazzled. I have been in multiple weddings where the groom got their tux from Mens Wearhouse but they are difficult to deal with. Bedazzled had a better selection their prices were way better. If you guys are looking for a spot to get a tuxedo check out Bedazzled. The staff is awesome and the tuxes for wedding looked great and fit great. more

I had a excellent experience here. They have a huge selection and they had plus available for me to try on. Every other store only had sample size 8 or 12. My consultant stayed with me the whole time and was able to answer all my questions. They also sent me a thank you card in the mail. I continue to be impressed by Bedazzled and will highly recommend them to anyone who listens!! more

Most horrible experience ever and a big waste of money. We went here to order my sister's wedding dress and all of our bridesmaid's dresses for her wedding. All together we spend about $2,500!!! It took us 2 months to get the dresses back and when we did they barely fit any of us. Please tell me how 7 girls sizes all changed in a matter of 2 months? I drove an hour to get fitted, an hour to pick it up and an hour to go back becuase it didn't fit. When I went there he remeasured me and told me that my bust changed 3 inches since I was first measured!!! Come on now. I am still wearing the same bra size since I was first in there and on top of that I ordered a size bigger than what they suggested because my bust is bigger than normal for my size! They would not do anything for me at all! All he said was well you don't need to breath and laughed!!! Then told me that I had time to get alterations before the wedding day. Just what I wanted to do, spend more money on a dress that I'm only going to wear once. This company does not have any customer service values at all!!! Believe me that I will not go here for anything ever again!!! more

I enjoyed buying my gown from Bedazzled. They have a very friendly staff and a wonderful selection. Being a plus size bride, I thought that I would never find a gown. I was soooooo happy when I found out that they carried plus sizes. And they had a bunch for me to try on. They are by far the best bridal store I have visited. It's nice, because I can get my girl's dresses there too! I can get their dresses at a discount because I purchased my bridal gown there. Thanks soooo much Bedazzled!!!!! more

It was AMAZING!!! I went to Bedazzled because a lot of people recommended it to me and I was amazed! I am so glad that I went because I ended up finding my dream bridal gown there. I wasn't gonna go at first but my friends insisted. I was walking thru the mall one day and walked in without thinking that I was gonna get a dress but I did! They let me try on dresses even though I didn't have an appointment....I couldn't believe it. I tried on a couple of dresses that were in my size and I ended up getting the first one I tried on! They were all great there especially Cynthia who helped me! I would def recomment all my friends and family to shop there. They were all awesome! more

Overwelming in a GOOD way!!! When I first walked in the store, I couldn't believe the selection of bridal gowns that they had there in stock. When I then started looking at their prices, I was happily surprised, they were very reasonable too! Andrea helped me there and she was great. They have great customer service. I had such a great experience there, I couldn't believe it. Bedazzled is a store that's worth checking out for sure!!! more

I couldn't have been treated better!!!! I loved it there! I had gone to several bridal stores and had been very disappointed with the service, price or selection. I wasn't treated very well at other boutiquues that were so hoity toity and then I came to Bedazzled and was pleasantly surprised! I went in without an appointment and they took me right in without any attitude at all, when other stores wouldn't even talk to me without making an appointment first. Buying a bridal gown for YOUR wedding shouldn't be a daunting experience and you shouldn't have to feel like you have to belong to some elite society to shop at some places and at Bedazzled I diddn't get that feeling at all. They took really good care of me and me feel so good even when my family and I didn't see eye to eye on some dresses. I tried on a lot of gowns before I found the ONE!!! The staff member who was helping me was soooooo helpful and never got frustrated with me. I felt comfortable and well pampered at the same time. Shopping at Bedazzled made me realize that I can shop for my bridal gown without getting the boutique snootiness. I LOVED it there and I would recommend it to everyone who is searching to buy a gown without the pressure that goes into it. Not only did I get my gown there, but because I was treated so well, I am also doing my bridesmaids and groomsmen there as well. If you haven't already gone to Bedazzled, I would say that you definately need to make a stop there because it will be your last!!! more

I purchased a bridesmaid dress just recently and it came in too small. Bedazzled was in no way at fault for this, rather it was completely my error. I called the store and spoke to a manager who listened to my problem and offered to contact the manufacturer to see if they had extra fabric avail for purchase. Not only was she professional and friendly in trying to solve my problem but she went above and beyond offering to follow up with the manufacturer and contact me back with any updates. Luckily they did have extra fabric and arranged to have it shipped directly to me rather than to their store in Gastonia as the wedding is only a few weeks away. The manager even called me afterwards to make sure that I got the fabric. This level of customer service is hard to find nowadays and that's why I wanted to take the time to write about my wonderful experience at Bedazzled. I reccomend it anyone shopping for their wedding needs....you'll be well taken care of! more

First of all there are no exchanges or refunds, with no exceptions. Now think about that hard before you go here. If you change your mind or something doesn't match, too bad you can't return it! Even if they are the one that make a mistake(and they did), too bad you can't return it! Now for all the issues we had. Bridesmaid dresses are taking 4 months to get done! Good thing we went when we did. Wedding dress had a stain on it. They did get it cleaned but something you shouldn't see when your spending that much money on a NEW dress. They don't do alterations so you have to take everything somewhere else to get fitted. As if you haven't paid enough already! We needed swatches of the colors so we could match other items. We had to pay for the swatches! Then it took like 3 weeks to get them! We got a tux, suit and ties there also. After we finally got the swatches back we found that the ties didn't match the colors. Guess what? Too bad! No refunds or exchanges! We we're told up front they would match ANY color. A bold face lie. This place is solely interested in taking your money. Once they make the sale your stuck, they will doing nothing for you. The worst customer service possible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! more

I went to Bedazzled last weekend to look for a wedding dress. I had the opportunity to work with Kammi who was awesome and very helpful! I went to Bedazzled because it came highly recommended to me and now I know why. I had such a great personal experience. This was the first trip I made to look at wedding dresses and bought mine that day. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful! I love my dress!! more

First off I would like to say that I did not find my wedding dress at the Bedazzled in Gastonia but still had a pleasant experience. I actually ended up buying my dress from the Hickory Bedazzled location at a later date.\r \r I made an appointment when I went into Bedazzled. They weren't very busy but I felt like I would have still received the same service if they would have been. My consultant was amazing! She not only helped me with dresses but also made suggestions for the types of shoes that would work best with an outside wedding. She also never made me try on something I didn't like and picked out dresses that were very similar to my style and in my budget. She also gave her honest opinion and never once told me something looked good just to make me feel good. She made sure to tell me what was and wasn't working on ever dress and gave her honest opinion. The only complaint I would have is the policy on not taking pictures. more

The Bedazzled staff is great! They have so much to choose from. I bought my dress off the rack and my bridesmaid dresses came in 2 weeks earlier than we thought they would. This is such a great place to shop. more

Going to Bedazzled was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The staff was professional and extrememly helpful when I was searching for bridal gowns. I actually went there twice, the first time with an appointment. After not finding my gown the first time, I went in a second time and did not have an appointment. But I was determined to purchase my bridal gown that Sunday afternoon as I knew that my wedding date was drawing near. Although the store was packed and there were no appointments remaining, the manager assured me that they could help me find my dress that day and I did! more

I was in there for a while and they were all patient with me because I am very picky. I was shocked with the selection they had of bridal gowns and accessories to go with. Bedazzled had such a large variety, that I finally found my dress!!! I would reccommend anyone to go there if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience and a variety of dresses that are affordable! more

I did purchase the dress and although it was pretty, I decided that I had been rushed into the decision. I called two hours later to inform them that I wanted to exchange the dress for a dress that was more expensive that I had looked at a few days before I was informed that they have a no return policy, which I completely understand however I felt pushed into the sale and was very unhappy with the dress. I decided to go to the store and speak to the general manager who again told me of there no return policy. The manager asked to look at the dress, and told me that even if he was willing to take it back he wouldn't because it "Reeked of smoke". Which is impossible since I nor does anyone in my home smoke. The staff was rude an pushy and now I have wasted 140.00 on a dress that I hate. more

Nice place to go for all your formal ware. If they dont have in your size they can order it in the size and the color. Very organized and staff is kind and cares about your special event. more

I purchased my God daughter her senior prom formal here and I WAS VERY PLEASED. And the gown was gorgeous and I DIDN'T pay that much for it. more

great service!!! Kristin was our sales consultant, and she didnt tell us that everything we tried on looked amazing just so she could make a sale. She was truthfull, telling us which dresses looked better than others, and why. Everyone there was so friendly! I would recommend to everyone! When you buy a dress there, you get 15-20 percent off bridesmaids, 40% off invitations(already great prices), and 10percent off flower girl, mother of bride, ring bearer, and all accessories. Also $10 off tuxes for each bridesmaid dress(5 maid dresses= $10 off 5 tuxes) And grooms tux is free! My dress will be in in just 11 weeks! Pros: huge mirrored dressing area, friendly staff, large selection Cons: None! more
